An individual approach via e-mail to help you improve your health by making good food and lifestyle choices.  A convenient and effective plan for busy professionals and parents.

One initial session with three (3) follow-up sessions          

Personal Nutrition Tele-Coaching

$ 180 USD


The same as above with sessions via telephone for those who like a “voice”.

Supermarket Survival

$ 60 USD


Broaden your horizons when it comes to food purchases.  Learn how to navigate through the aisles of nutrition information at the grocery store of your choice.

For clients in Dauphin and Lebanon Counties, PA.

Group Nutrition Coaching

$ 50 USD


A group approach to providing education and support for clubs, churches, women or men's groups, neighbors, etc.  Minimum group of 6 in Dauphin and Lebanon Counties, PA only.

$50 per person for 6 sessions

Payment Policy 

Group Nutrition Coaching and Supermarket Survival must be paid in cash or by PayPal at the time of consult.  If you need to re-schedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours ahead.  No cancellation/no show will be charged $20.
